Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and sanitary standards of a private residence, hotel, or commercial facility. The role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and trustworthiness.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Surface Cleaning: Dusting, polishing, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping all types of flooring.
- Bathroom Sanitization: Scrubbing sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, countertops, and mirrors thoroughly.
- Kitchen Care: Wiping appliances, washing dishes, cleaning countertops, and emptying trash bins.
- Bedding & Linen: Changing bedsheets, making beds, washing linens, and folding towels daily.
- Laundry Management: Washing, drying, ironing, and neatly putting away clothing items.
- Organization: Tidying rooms, restocking toiletries, and keeping storage areas orderly.
- Inventory Tracking: Monitoring cleaning supply levels and requesting restocks before running out.
